How it works
Two techniques, one theatre visit
Both parts are performed under one general anaesthetic as a day case.
Release
The suspensory ligament is released so more of the hidden penis sits outside the body: the length.
Harvest
Fat is gently taken from your tummy or thighs through a tiny incision, then purified.
Sculpt
The fat is placed evenly along the shaft with a fine injector, during an induced erection, for even girth.
Optional extras
Scrotal web correction or removing the fat pad above the penis can add more visible length.

What to expect
Your treatment, step by step
From your first consultation to your final check-up, you'll know exactly what happens and when.
Video or in clinic. Your surgeon assesses you, explains the likely gain and the risks, and confirms your all-inclusive price.
A healthy diet and exercise, and less smoking and alcohol, help recovery. You'll get fasting instructions for the 6 hours before surgery.
About 6 hours from arrival to going home: 1–2 hours in theatre, then 3–4 hours resting with a nurse and a check with your surgeon.
A check-up with your surgeon: dressing change, your aftercare plan and time for questions.
Some swelling and mild discomfort, handled with over-the-counter painkillers. Most men are back at work after 2–3 days. Stretching and gentle massage start after a few days.
Most men can have sex again, unless your surgeon advises otherwise.
Follow-up consultation, with regular check-ins from your surgeon and our team in between.

- Bleeding or infection (you'll be given antibiotics to prevent this)
