What men usually ask
Am I a good candidate?
That's what the consultation is for. Your surgeon looks at your anatomy, your health and what you want, and tells you honestly what's realistic, including if treatment isn't right for you.
Is the result permanent?
Surgery is permanent for the vast majority of men. With girth surgery some of the immediate gain settles as swelling goes down and some fat is absorbed; most men keep around 60% of it. Fillers last around 18 months and are then topped up.
How much time off will I need?
Most men are back at work 2–3 days after surgery, longer if your job is physical. After fillers you can go straight back to your day.
Does it hurt?
Expect some mild pain and discomfort for a few days, which over-the-counter painkillers usually handle.
When can I have sex again?
Usually after 4–5 weeks following surgery and 1–2 weeks after fillers, unless your surgeon advises otherwise.
Video or in clinic?
Video is the quickest way to start and costs £50. In clinic (£150) the surgeon can also examine you. Either way the fee comes off your treatment, and it's fully refundable.
Is it discreet?
Yes. Everything is handled privately, and we only contact you the way you prefer.
